StaffDNA is certified by The Joint Commission, a nonprofit organization that accredits and certifies healthcare organizations and programs in the United States.

If you have observed or witnessed any hazardous or unsafe patient practices while on a travel or local assignment, you can submit a report (anonymously, if preferred) by doing the following:

  • Visit The Joint Commission website and use the ‘Report a Patient Safety Event’ at the bottom of the homepage.
