• Offer emotional support and education to families, helping them understand their newborn’s condition, treatment plans, and the NICU environment.
• Facilitate parent-infant bonding and provide guidance on care techniques, including feeding, handling, and soothing of neonates.

Accurate Documentation:

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient care, interventions, and responses in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices in neonatal care.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices and advancements in neonatal nursing through ongoing education and training.
