The Dallas Business Journal’s 2024 “Best Places to Work in North Texas” is conducted by Quantum Workplace. The survey gathers responses from over 13,000 employees in North Texas to identify the area’s top companies. The 22nd annual survey measured companies based on communication, trust in leadership, and several other factors.
Only 103 companies, including staffdna® within the North Texas region, were selected as being a Best Place to Work. While the companies were announced back in August, their exact ranking was made public during a football-themed luncheon at the Hilton Anatole. The 103 companies are placed into 5 categories, ranging from micro to extra-large, based on how many employees they have. With 35 companies in the Medium-size category, it was the largest category of the 5.
